Its not easy coming of age at the dawn of the Civil Rights Movement.  An incident with a taxi driver triggers 11 year-old Relia Taylor's memory of growing up in North Caolina in the 1960s.  She recall star gazing with her father while trying to convince her mother to let her participate in the lunch counter sit-ins.  North Star tells the story from the perspective of the adult Relia, who relives her past struggles and finds freedom within herself.

Robert Johnson met the devil at a crossroad and sold his soul for the sake of his music, that's what some people believed.  Playwright Bill Harris has taken Johnson's life and woven them together in a high-spirited play in search for the musician's soul.

THE REAL UNTOLD STORY  DECEMBER 5-7 & 14

This charming Christmas play tells the story of a little girl who thinks of Christmas only in terms of getting gifts.  An angel appears and tells her the real story of Christmas, bringing the charactes and events to life in her bedroom.
