Wow come and see what's going on at UpStage!!!! Wow so much have been going on at UpStage!!! We just did "In The Spirit" last weekend and it was awesome!!! Dr. Ava Turner is a grate director I've learned so much since I've been there...but this is what I wanted to say we have two grate shows coming up at UpStage!!! one of the show I'm in,Ravaged directed by Ms. Dorrian Wilson...this is truly going to be a grate show!!! you don't want to miss it...and also in production is "Cherry Street Park" directed by Ms. Turner, you also don't want to miss this one believe me I've seen these men in action and they are really going to bring it to you...so come out and see these two plays that upstage have in production...you will leave the theatre wanting more...so come out and support us!!!! |

UPSTAGE THEATRE I truly love UpStage Theatre and how I have grown as an actress with this company. Dr. Ava Turner is truly a great director as well as an acting coach. I have watch her give a lot of aspiring actors the chance to grace the stage along with her expertise. She truly brings out the best in you and will do whatever it takes to make you a successful actor. Even though I have relocated to Atlanta, I still look forward to continue working with UpStage Theatre. |

UPSTAGE THEATRE I have enjoyed my years at UpStage Theatre. I really love being apart of a black theatre company that has a strong, positive effect on the community. I look forward to what UpStage has to offer to community in the coming years. |

Theatre Talk Back I think this is an excellent way to celebrate men in 2010. showing a black man rising up in the political world despite all odds being against him is a great story to tell |

Theatre talk back Since this play is about the aspiration of a black man to political office and in light of America electing an African American to the highest office in the land I think that Upstage theatre is on the mark and in tune with the pulse of this country by putting on this production. |
