UpStage Theatre Company...the small theatre with a BIG heart! Our theatre season has the power to inspire and transform. We have again selected a season that promises to define and to celebrate the spirit and dignity of our culture. UpStage Theatre Company continues to keep alive the spirit of African-American theatre through thought-provoking, and entertaining productions for the entire family to enjoy an evening at the theatre.
"Shaping Images of OurSelves" our 2013 SEASON offers diverse theatrical works from contemporary dramas, original comedies, new works and a holiday classic. Through your generous support, UpStage Theatre Company will continue to present theatrical experiences that will certainly last beyond the fall of the curtain.

The mission of UpStage Theatre Company is to serve as a venue to nurture and expand the talents of African-Americans working collaboratively with other artists; to create and produce quality programs that heighten the social and cultural awareness of its audiences.
